We have developed a methodical approach to innovation, based on understanding the consumer and our customers' marketplace. Our work on innovation follows a well-established, six-step process:

  • Study the product in use at home
  • Identify improvements and opportunities
  • Idea generation
  • Propose finished concepts with samples
     

In this way we are able to offer a service which complements our customers' development programmes. By producing finished samples at the end of the process we are able to show concrete product ideas that you can touch and feel, enabling small-scale consumer testing. This investment at an early stage reduces risk and gives clearer leads for further development.
