Impress updates its website to a multi-lingual platform

Now available in six languages, impressgroup.com is accessible to even more customers around the world.

Impress today launched an updated version of its website, now available in six languages. Customers can access comprehensive information about Impress - and the strengths and benefits of metal packaging -  in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

'Converting to a multi-lingual platform is a significant step forward and allows Impress to be even more accessible to all members of the business community and especially to its European customer base," commented Gordon Shade, Vice President, Corporate & Industry Affairs. 'It reinforces the Impress  identity as a modern, multi-national, consumer metal packaging group, present in five continents and 21 countries.'

The website, which has registered a significant increase in visitors (in recent years), is one of the key business-to-consumer communication channels for the group.

10-year celebration book

The updated website also features a selection of chapters from the Group's
10-year celebration book, first published in 2007. The book reflects on the history of can making, the extent to which cans are part of every day life and the characteristics that make the can the best packaging material.

The online book has a convenient page turning facility allowing people to browse through compelling facts about the metal packaging industry.
